Parish Council

The Winston Parish Council is administered by Parish Councillors who are elected by the residents of Winston Parish.

Under statutory 'transparency regulations' the Council is required to publish on the Council website the agenda for all meetings of the Council and also draft and final approved minutes after each Council meeting. These regulations also require all expenditure over £100 to be listed during the course of each finacial year. After the end of each year the Council also publishes its audited annual return.
